Minesweeper is the legendary logic puzzle that has quietly stolen lunch breaks since the early 1990s. Our lithappy edition keeps the pure deduction at the heart of the game and wraps it in a soft candy-pink palette that feels modern and stress-free. Pick from three difficulties: a friendly 9 by 9 grid with ten mines, a meatier 16 by 16 board with forty mines, or the merciless 16 by 30 expert layout with ninety-nine mines hidden among nearly five hundred cells. Every first click is guaranteed to be safe, so you never lose to bad luck on the opening move. Numbers tell you how many mines touch a cell; use them to flag dangerous squares and reveal the rest. A built-in timer pushes you to play faster on repeat runs, and a difficulty-aware scoring formula rewards quick clears. Perfect for a quiet ten-minute think during your morning coffee.
Tips & tricks
- When a numbered cell touches exactly that many flags, every other neighbour is safe to reveal.
- Use the flag-mode button on mobile so you can tap-flag without holding a long-press every time.
- Open corners and edges first - the numbers there have fewer neighbours and give you cleaner information.
- If you can't deduce a safe move, flag what you do know and look for chain reactions before guessing.
- On expert mode, scroll the board with two fingers to keep one finger free for fast tapping.
